Ordering
Items featured on our website can be ordered online. To inquire about other items, please email info@tradecraftsupply.com or complete our Quote Request Form. Provide quantities of each item you wish to order. We will forward a draft order with availability and pricing for your approval and payment. Once payment has been made, delivery will be scheduled.
Delivery
Local delivery is a flat rate of $50 per order. Most orders deliver within 2 to 3 business days. Once an order is placed, we will reach out for your preferred delivery date, receiving hours, and delivery location. Please note some items may arrive separately.
Pickup is also available from our warehouse - most pickup orders will be ready within 1-2 business days.
Returns
Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return.
Backorders
Although our suppliers try to maintain an inventory of all items, occasionally an item will be backordered. We will contact you immediately if an item is not in stock and you will have the option to continue with the order or cancel the backordered items.
